Greg learned much from watching his mother raise five kids alone on a modest income in California. His mother sacrificed investing in herself and her retirement so that she could provide opportunities for her children and encourage them to pursue their own interests. For Greg, this began at age 10 as he went to the library to look up price/earnings ratios and other statistical data. Seeing his mother’s work ethic, and dedication to serving others, Greg was inspired to find opportunities to help others.
From his love of investing, his desire to help others, and insights into personal finances, Greg was well-suited for his chosen career in financial services. When he first started with American Express Financial Advisors, the first and most important step was establishing in-depth financial plans for clients. Greg continues his passion in financial planning by working with KCA’s team to help clients establish the plans to reach their goals. He knows first-hand how exciting it is to achieve the dreams and goals that you have worked so hard for.
From his time with American Express, and previous years in the hospitality industry working for the JW Marriott in Washington, DC, Greg has an intense focus on providing excellent customer experiences. His push for excellence resulted in his achieving Advisor of the Year in his first year, and greater than 99% client satisfaction results over multiple years. He has been successful in part because of his desire to build long-term relationships with his clients to understand their goals and what success looks like for them. In recent years, Greg has had the opportunity to be a leader for other advisors and financial planners so they can develop these same skills and success for their clients. With more than 25 years working as a professional financial planner, Greg is excited to join the team at KCA Wealth Management.
Greg moved from the DC region to the Camp Hill area in 2002 with his wife Christi and their two daughters Kayla and Jillian. His daughters live in the Harrisburg area. Now that they are on their own, he hopes to get more opportunities to go to the beach since he loves sunshine and warm weather. He enjoys watching sports, reading, and hot yoga classes.
